Selected examples of my work Portfolio

I write about the digital transformation and the internet. I work on digital solutions and strategies – always focussing on the user and their experiences. Digital, but with and for the humans.

Humane and digital

My work focuses on human-centred design of products, services, and organisations. My academic research investigates this topic in various areas (such as education and accessibility) and I am sharing my knowledge in books, professional articles, courses, and presentations or workshops. In my UX projects, I mainly focus on research and strategy, but also have several years of experience in management and realisation of digital projects.
