Collaborative, research-centered, professional facilitation Workshops

My workshop approach focuses on collaboration and co-design: Engaging people from different contexts in order to involve them in the design of future experiences.

In a nutshell

  • Challenge: aligning on the shared mental models of a wide variety of affected people and team members
  • Solution: professional workshops as a way to develop a shared understanding with a structured, neutral facilitator
  • Result: enhanced clarity and increased buy-in from various stakeholders

It is important to me to act as a neutral facilitator who synchronizes the different opinions, crystallizes diverse perspectives, and thus creates the basis for successful collaboration. I often use visual templates to support this, for example in a combination of individual brainstorming and joint discussion.

Examples of workshops

  • "Strategy Retreat" in the Learning Development Team (Digital Learning Hub) to define a vision and strategy
  • various workshops to prepare research projects (University of Luxembourg)
  • various workshops to define projects with partner institutions in Luxembourg
  • workshop using the "Adaptive Facilitation" method to synchronize the work of two working groups (with Julia Käfer)
