Podcast presentation: Happy Shooting

Last update: Reading time: 0 minute Tags: Happy Shooting, Podcast

My small series of photography podcast presentations enters the next round. This time, with Happy Shooting, I am featuring the first German-language podcast.

While the other two podcasts presented so far deal with specific areas of photography, Chris Marquardt and Boris Nienke are veritable all-rounders: a lot of technology (both for single lens reflex and compact cameras), tests of various services (photo book printing, postcard printing) and their own creativity challenges. There is also a very active Happy Shooting community, available as a Forum or Happy Shooting Flickr group.

Particularly pleasant: Chris and Boris are anything but dry. They make jokes, regularly create new words, incorporate funny submissions from their listeners and, thus, give their podcast a likeable character.

If you do not yet know what a podcast actually is, you should take a look at the short 1:12 minute video “What is a podcast?” at Blogpiloten, which incidentally takes a very interesting approach. In the series “How do I tell my parents?”, short videos explain key online terms that perhaps not all readers are familiar.
