In the online media library “Europa Film Treasures”, 30 European film archives made some of their collections freely accessible online. There are some great films in it.
Hey, that is a nice story I came across at Good School: Europa Film Treasures. 30 European film archives joined forces and present over 120 films on the internet, completely free and with background information. Among the archives involved are the Deutsche Kinemathek, the Institut Lumière, La Cinémathèque Française and the British Film Institute. There are films of all genres, complete with German, English, French, Italian and Spanish subtitles. It is quite possible that I will be annoying you with some of my finds soon.
Online since April 2008. No idea how I could have missed that.
